Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your purchase and use of the GSTR-2B Excel Utility provided by GST Excel Mastery.

1. License Grant and Access

Upon successful payment, you are granted **lifetime access** to use the current version of this utility for your business or practice. **This grant includes 1 year of free updates and support**, as defined in Section 3.

2. Scope of License

   
• This software is licensed, not sold. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your license key or the software file with others.
   
• Each license is valid for one user or entity, licensed to one PC/Laptop, as per purchase.
 

3. Updates & Support

   
• Free technical support and software updates are provided for a period of **1 year** from the date of purchase.
   
• If Government (GSTN) changes the GSTR-2B format, updates to match new formats will be provided free for 1 year. After this period, an annual renewal/upgrade fee may apply to receive further updates.
 

4. Limitation on Support Scope

Support is limited to technical assistance and guidance on the utility's features. We **do not** provide legal advice, tax consultancy, or the **filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, or 9) on the user's behalf**. Guidance is strictly limited to reporting methodology.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product, **no refunds** are offered once the license is issued.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

This utility is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee compatibility with Excel versions older than 2019.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall GST Excel Mastery or its owners be liable for any loss, damage, or indirect consequences arising from the use of this product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall be the courts of Mohali, Punjab.
